For those who don’t want to chase the link: the card with that ID was issued in ‘98 to Thomas Lugert. Columbia didn’t even start using barcode IDs till 1996.

So, Obama killed a man named Thomas Lugert and stole his identity, then traveled back in time to use his ID card?
