Greetings from cold, snowy Estes Park Colorado. My wife and I had a long journey here today from Vegas but we made it safely to our lodge here on Fall River.

On our last day in Nevada we visited Hoover Dam. It was very powerful to see the “bathtub ring” in Lake Mead from water depletion. The impacts of climate change become a lot more real when something like that is spread out in front of you. It concerns me greatly because Lake Mead isn’t something that will become a problem in say, 50-75 years but something that IS a problem now and may very well become a critical problem in less than FIVE YEARS.
