Look at the date on that one, it was the night before. (the 19th)

Dude, all I said was he didn’t show up, and I think he should have. In a previous post I discussed the Medal of Honor recipients I got to meet. And in a subsequent one, I said that I wished he had come, but it didn’t ruin the night, and it was an excellent event. I even went so far as to say that I would take substance over symbolism, and if he came through on all his VA funding promises, I would be very happy.

That was before I got into this ludicrous discussion of whether the event happened, despite my having been there, someone above posting the letter apparently discussing the issue, and another person here calling the hotel. But somehow I ended up in a twilight zone episode where the discussion of the importance of showing or not, of keeping the 14 president inauguration trend going, and what it means got run over by a discussion as to whether it even happened.
