Nom, nom, nom. Kielbasa and sauerkraut together is really good. Yeah, I stay away from a lot of that now, and like you, my health is better for it.
But I’ll still break down and treat myself to a kebab every now and then.
I confess, since I do eat turkey (a lot, in various ways), I indulge in turkey kielbasa from time to time. Not exactly the same, but better for you and pretty tasty. 5 gr fat in 2 oz and a lot less sodium.
