re: #97 palomino

They aren’t the hottest peppers in the world. But they are the hottest you can buy in most grocery stores. By comparison, jalapeos and even serrano peppers are mild.

No one eats them raw unless it’s a fraternity hazing or competitive eating event.

Some shithead probably wanted to fuck with and hurt some kids, like the freaks who put razor blades in apples on Halloween.

Habaneros are currently the 4th hottest peppers in existence.

At 100,000-350,000 Scoville heat units, they’re 10 times hotter than serrano peppers. They can make a grown man stupid enough to eat one on a dare puke and whimper like a little girl, so finding some on a kids’ playground would definitely be a hazard.

Oh, and I actually read the article:

No one puts half a dozen habaneros on their hotdog, but by all means go ahead and keep smirking about the seven kids that were sent to the hospital if that’s the sort of thing that gives you satisfaction.

Can’t you people read? SOMEBODY DROPPED THEIR HOTDOG. IT HAPPENS. /
