Nah. Time to move on with someone younger and more in tune with the world of today. A younger candidate might have more pull with younger folk too. They may not be seen so much as “establishment” either.

I think so too and it sucks because Biden is someone I deeply admire and appreciate and I think would be a good President but he’s going to be 77 in 2020. If our top 2 candidates are both going to turn 80 in a hypothetical first term and another is a complete novice, I’m not optimistic about our party going forward. Fortunately, I do think we have some good possible candidates that will emerge as we get closer to the primaries like Harris, Booker, Gilibrand, Duckworth, and others.
