I dunno how things work in IL-03 (wherever it is), but to me this reads like a sort of political malpractice by whoever the official local (District? Country) Republican Chairman/Committee: it’s a free country: any dipshit with the filing fee can file and run for office on any Party line (proof: look at Congress): but it looks like Nutsy the Nazi is running unopposed: Jeez, Dem district or not, the local GOP couldn’t find ANYONE else to file and run?
