I’m surprised, too: AFAICT, Arkansas is a one-party state: if not quite on a Cuba or North Korea-level, then close. Republicans hold both Senate seats, all four Congressional seats, 26/35 State Senate seats and 76/100 in the Assembly. And probably most, if not all, Executive-Branch positions as well.
