Just when you might have thought America had clinched the title of “World’s Dumbest Democracy,” the UK comes from behind with a strong 11th hour bid.

Here in Czechia, vaccine passports for domestic use were pre-emptively struck down by the Constitutional Court. They straight-up told the government, “Don’t even fucking think about it. Equality is absolute and there can be discrimination based on health status.” In that ruling, they outright blasted the Health Minister for “acting like a Roman Emperor.”

The government can ask businesses to check their customer’s vaccine status - but they cannot order them to do so. And no business here checks their clientele’s vaccine status.
