For all his good points during the War on Terror, one thing Bush apparently could never bring himself to do was admit that terrorist groups like Hamas and Fatah, amongst others, were the reason that his “Roadmap to Peace” ultimately led nowhere. And it seems that Obama is just as eager to believe that he will succeed where past administrations have failed in finally bringing “peace” between the Israelis and Palestinians while keeping the groups fomenting the hate alive and well.

The big problem is that Obama thinks the right way is to “embrace” the islamic world, also by overlooking dangerous actions and aspirations made by the arab-muslim world. The arab world is used to lead and to be led by power and oppresion. Now, that Obama is loosing the strap, they feel like there is no grown up to tell them what to do.
