Less than a week after he was released from jail for twice breaking the windows of the EMW Women’s Surgery Center — and returning to the clinic in the following days to allegedly brag about his release — Timothy Lee Haste was arrested again on Friday two blocks from the clinic on unrelated charges and currently remains incarcerated.

Police reports indicate that Haste’s second arrest on Friday had no direct connection to the EMW clinic, though he also has been charged with violating his probation conditions from last week. Haste was charged with public intoxication, third-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree terroristic threatening on Friday after being found trespassing at a closed business while drunk. The latter charge was due to Haste allegedly telling a police officer at U of L Hospital that “the next time he saw Officer on the street, he was going to ‘Kick Officer’s ass.’”
