So, I’m going to do a holiday-themed film studies class, using a horror film; this year, I’m using the classic 1974 slasher-flick Black Christmas.

Should I do this around Halloween or Christmas? What say you, Lizards? No doubt about it, it had a direct influence on John Carpenter’s Halloween five years later in 1979 and Black Christmas is one of the great horror films.

Would I be correct in guessing you don’t see It’s A Wonderful Life as a “horror” film? ‘Cause I kinda do…
