I have no problem with the content of this speech, but I am amazed at his speaking mannerisms today. Either he is trying to be humble and reverent because of where he is speaking or, he is quite a different speaker when the teleprompter is off. Slow, choppy, no eye contact. Speech 101 my sophomore year trained me how to speak in front of people….wow…..
