OT: BTW I guess I need to apologize for being so damn cranky last night, I was stressed out, still not a legitimate reason for taking it out on the people here, sorry. :(

Mom had surgery on her right shoulder first thing this morning, for a compressed nerve and reduced blood flow to her right arm. I am already a “full time home healthcare aide” for Dad, the idea of Mom being laid up too has had me kinda freaked out.

Anyway the surgery apparently went very well according to the doctor but we will not know for at least 48 hours (and as long as three weeks) if she regains any more function in her right arm. Repeated cortisone shots didn’t help, so relieving it by surgery was the only possible solution.

If your a praying sort please include Moms rapid recovery in your missives, if not at least wish me luck. I am now the only driver along with doing all the cooking cleaning, dish washing, laundry, shopping, and pretty much everything else.
