Nor is it ever used as a form of ‘birth control.’ That argument is absurd and it pisses me off when people use it because it ignores so much it defies reason.

Yes it has been used as a form of birth control. Almost always in the first month, mind, but it has.

That said I agree with Charles. It’s not my business, and unless you’re the doctor, the patient, and if those two agree the sperm donor and/or father, it is none of your business either.
