You have my admiration for keeping a list like that, whether you read ‘em or not. At this point, I’m not even looking for the ‘pun fun’ you refer to. And I understand that both things are closer to you than to me, therefore could hurt more. Stay strong.

The pun was that “his panic attacks” and “Hispanic attacks” are homophonic. Not in the context of Hispanics attacking people or anything, just in the context of it being a groanworthy pun.
