For sure. I’m still going to leave 1 star reviews of the location as it wasn’t the GM that resolved it, but Corporate itself. The GM was a piece of shit who kept blowing me off and didn’t really care to have this issue resolved.

Be very explicit in your review, especially if it’s via a link sent to you by Hilton (we do that from AmericInn). Companies rarely notice bad reviews on external sites (Yelp too unless it goes viral) but bad ones on the site set up by corporate? Those can cause that GM serious heart ache.
