I’m feeling uncomfortable about the whole Franken thing. I believe he should have had due process especially as the evidence against him is much more weaker than that against Moore and Trump. The other thing though is I just don’t trust the electorate to do the right thing. Trump should have been landslided before he got out of the GOP primaries.

US Senators can’t actually be railroaded. None have been expelled since the Civil War. If Franken wanted to wait for completion of an ethics investigation he could have.
