I had Windows systems with SCSI cards. I had to communicate with some graphic art equipment back with a Windows 95 setup. I was very glad once USB came around. Damn cables were expensive and sometimes problematic with all those fine pins.
I never had the fortune of using a SCSI interface. I did have a tape drive once upon a time - a small-capacity unit that I only used for the lolz. More ancient was the Atari 2600 my dad had when I was a kid that used audio cassettes for its save games.
