If they indict and convict Kavanaugh the Republicans will repeat what they did in Pennsylvania when GOP State Supreme Court Justice Orie was convicted of bribery. They will leave the seat vacant until the next election.

If that was the case, he couldn’t rule on cases. That’s a start.
