It criminalises broadcasting images of the police with the clear intent to harm individual officers. It does not put any restrictions on filming the police.

Is that a thing in France, broadcasting to harm individual officers? Because, if French police are even one tenth the assholes some of the US officers are, it won’t be very hard for police to claim that any filming of the police is being done with an intent to broadcast, and “the police” don’t do acts, individual officers do, therefore any filming is meant to harm an officer.
