He’s setting up a government shutdown due to lack of staff. Or do Obama’s appointments stay on until there are replacements?

I thought they had no choice but to leave.

A government shutdown would be the best possible option for us, as nothing happens, but nothing bad happens, either.

Why they would want to risk a shutdown just boggles my mind.
