You can judge a person not by how great a job they do, but how they handle their own screwups. Do they move to fix quickly and address the underlying issues, or do they pass the buck and blame others? Do they learn from the mistake, or do they go on and repeat it endlessly?

Can you even IMAGINE what might happen to this country if Kavanaugh said “I did that. I have no excuse. I was selfish and brutal and violent and entitled. Because of my behavior, you have had to live with pain and fear. I am sincerely sorry. I am not that man today, and I will do everything in my power to change attitudes so other men don’t behave like that. We cannot accept this from anyone anymore.”
A guy can dream, can’t he? If he did this, he’d shake the foundation of this country. But he’s just another fucking entitled asshole coward.
