How long before we learn that Rudy’s actually wearing a wire for the FBI as his deal to avoid prison?

I’m half serious here. Someone had to tip off the FBI to arrest Fruman and Parnas were leaving the country to make the arrest. That could be Rudy, unless it’s part of a catch and kill effort.
