What adoption agency would grant adoption to a single guy who’s not home most of the time, with multiple DUIs?

There are photos of Gaetz and this kid in the thread where he refers to him as a ‘House page’ and a ‘local student.’ I’m thinking more…’pool boy,’ in the Falwell sense of the word.
