I’m trying to convince Wife that we should be buried in a green cemetery/wildlife preserve across the line in Florida. Importing a stiff is very cumbersome, however.

Not as hard as you might think.

When my first wife’s father died in Florida, it was the family’s wish that he be buried in his hometown in northeastern Mississippi.

Long story about why he did it I won’t relate here, but after the funeral in Bartow, Florida, her eldest brother rented a van and drove his father’s body to Mississippi for a second service and burial there.
