This is a lonnnng thread about a hearing today where grifting lawyer John Wilenchik wants off the Cyber Ninjas case because he’s not being paid. The current issue is that the Arizona Republic wants documentation and Cyber Ninjas is refusing to turn it over, in part because Cyber Ninjas basically doesn’t exist anymore. If you read the entire thread, you’ll find that the judge has found the Cyber Ninjas in contempt and a $50,000 day fine starts tomorrow. (The Arizona Republic only wanted $1000/day.)
