Last time I looked the Calendar, (CE), read 2009. Things JUST MIGHT have improved. Are things perfect? HELL NO! Is it 1939, 1949 or 1959? HELL NO!
Trick is, not to let the Ideal blind you to the BETTER. That blindness encourages STASIS. A “Black” US President? - WHY NOT? - What About Gen. Honore, public coiner of the term “Stuck on Stupid”? Why Not Justice Clarence Thomas who REALLY grew up from “Nothing” - A Gulah Speaker as his first language. “Race”- bottom line, is about as important as the Breed of the Dog you walk. Mine is a Shepherd, my Secretary’s is a Pekingese. Those DOGS seem to have better manners towards each other than lots of people - WHY?
