I live in Canada. Thanks. You do have the best available healthcare in the US, particulary for those people able to access it. I don’t think any uninsured American would talk much about how fabulous your system is.

Yes we have long waits for certain things and I am actually in favour of privatizing many elements of the Canadian system. I am fortunate enough to have sought US care when I did not want to risk waiting in Canadian lines. I am currently wating a few months for an MRI for a non urgent matter. It is frustrating. Our system has many issues.

But a fabulous health care system is only fabulous if you can access it through affordable means. So in the US some believe the system is awesome and for others it is perhaps the greatest failing of a great country.
