The country that once fried the Rosenbergs after the fact, to make an example, as it were, proved incapable of stopping a well-documented, coordinated cyberattack by the Russians on our soil.
I keep saying the US looks like increasingly like an old person afflicted with senile dementia (or TIAs). Confused, indecisive, hostile.
I’m going to put some of the blame on Obama’s well known preference for careful and judicious reactions to political crises. I admire the man no end, but Russia’s interference in our election process should have been characterized as an act of war — or close to it — with suitable reprisals taken with extreme prejudice.
