Recall that we signed a disarmament treaty with Ukraine (which was left with the world’s fifth-largest nuclear arsenal with the dissolution of the USSR). In exchange for scrapping their nukes, we agreed to help maintain their territorial integrity.

Since we reneged on our end of the deal, should we not at least give them back their nuclear weapons?

Fair is fair, after all.
