From what I remember, when we went out in the neighborhood the only “costume” I wore was one of those cheap masks. Sometimes they came with those silly pull-over wear, but I don’t remember wearing that stuff.

Probably Ben Cooper costumes, one of the first companies to focus on Halloween costumes and to make licensed pop culture costumes.

When you do a Google image search for “Halloween costumes” for every decade from the 1950s-1980s, almost all the results are for Ben Cooper costumes.
