I’m so old, I remember when Republicans threatened to impeached the black guy in the White House because he was moving a carrier battle group within air strike range of Syrian targets. The same Republicans who then faulted him for “backing down” from his “red line.”

I seem to remember Obama begging Congress for renewed authority to strike Syria too, they did nothing but bitch.
