Their religious beliefs ARE bigotry, and they didn’t just want to be left alone to be bigots in the privacy of their homes. They believe the force of Government should be used to enforce their bigotry.

Their ‘pride in America’ IS ‘White Pride’, hence their embrace of Birtherism, ‘All Lives Matter’, and ‘Just comply with police and you’ll be okay’.

The country they loved IS flawed, and they oppose any attempt to fix it.

The problem I have with Salena Zito and all the ‘We have to understand them’ folks is that WE DO UNDERSTAND THEM. Sure, they feel like they’re losing control - they should not have had that control in the first place! We’re supposed to accomodate their FEELINGS at the expense of everyone else’s RIGHTS!

Fuck that noise.
