Bet you’ve chosen a completely arbitrary number for a target weight, no? Most people do exactly that— some multiple of 10 or 20 or 50 pounds. Or KG.
Oh, it’s absolutely arbitrary. I know this. It’s the initial goal, chosen three years ago as a pie-in-the-sky number. (But not an unhealthy one.)
There’s the goal #2 which is based on body fat % but I still really want this arbitrary number because dammit. IT IS ACHIEVABLE.
