So does this mean McConnell is going to just pull the ghastly Senate bill to avoid the ignominy of a down vote (like Speaker Ryan did with first iteration of the ghastly House act)? Or bring it up for the full Senate to vote down?

I would assume McConnell won’t force his loyal foot soldiers to take a pointless vote that can only hurt them one way or another.
