I really enjoy it with lamb or goat because our (Western) cuisine doesn’t get either in our diet nearly enough. I like beef, chicken, and pork but sometimes I want something different which is why I had an oyster po boy today.

Goat curry is amazing, but for lamb, I generally prefer it as schawarma.
