Guess the word has gotten out (re: M. Arar getting 10.5 million for alleging, “I was tortured, Tortured, I tell ya.”). CNN reports that a freed Gitmo prisoner is sayin’, “I was tortured! Tortured, I tell ya!” and is now suing the U.S. government for unlawful detainment…(this is “How to Become a Millionaire”). Link here… I’m betting he wins his case.

None of these guys is gonna to be able to be put on trial here in the USA
