You *almost* have a point.

But the problem is, this was NOT just some law-abiding CCW citizen who happened to be strolling by, and was grabbed by the USSS. The guy was hovering around, openly trying to get a reaction. And he got one.

It was a stupid stunt. But, I don’t see how it can be extrapolated into a potential assassination or instigation thereof.
