General comment (not really directed at spare):

Listen, I’m not making light of these riots, I was waay closer to the action at the WTO in Seattle than I liked. Its stupid and pointless (the vandalism that is). Everybody’s at their worst in this kind of situation.

That being said, blaming liberal institutions is stupid, and the grandeloquence of the anarchist types is laughable.
