Shit guys, I cringe everytime I hear my mother’s mother talk about black people because she’s full of stereotypes about how blacks are this and blacks are that. Asked my mom about it and she said she didn’t even think about it because she’s been hearing it her whole life. I don’t want to sound like I’m ragging on my grandmother here. I love the woman, I really do but her attitudes on race scares me.
Something struck me the other day while watching movies on TCM. “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner” was on. (If you have never seen this, please do so.)
