I do know how you feel. I don’t have the biological ties you do but I do have two English cousins in law who reside with my cousins and their children in the UK.

Well I won’t exaggerate my biological ties. I believe my maternal great grandfather immigrated from there but I never knew him or even my maternal grandmother. Still, it is the mother country for me, especially for religious reasons.
