All the GOP wants to do is cut taxes on the ultra-wealthy at everyone else’s expense. The only non-plutocrats that will vote in favor of garbage like this are resentment-fueled meatheads (i.e., the GOP base), which is why the GOP has engaged in said decades of propaganda to create as many meatheads as possible.
