Teacher, breaking my heart. Question to Dana: define well regulated militia. Explain to me how, using supporting details, how an 18 year old with a military rifle is well regulated. The nation is going to grade your answer.

The individual mandate is all well and good, but no one has yet addressed the “well-regulated” part of the 2nd Amendment. They focus purely on the “militia” part and the “right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” part.
