Just read through that article. I’m 6’, 235 lbs. I hide/carry my weight well, but it shows. I need to lose at least 30 lbs.

There is no goddamn way that motherfucker is only 8 lbs more than me, even after you factor in his height.

My peak weight was probably 260 and at 5’11” I still never looked as fat as Trump. Now part of that is I also have a large frame so I carried it well but I was still obese. I began the year at around 250 lbs and at my February doctor’s appointment I weighed in at 243, nine months of diet and exercise later I’m sitting exactly at 200 lbs with plans to slowly lose another twenty.
