And you just KNOW that the Government’s response to the immense clusterfuck of logistic nightmare that imports to/from Europe will devolve into will be to simply blame “The Europeans” for all the problems (since I’m sure the fallback “explanation” will be to castigate the “inflexible” EU for refusing to acquiesce in each and every British demand for trading concessions: i.e. “it’s all Those Arrogant Bloody Foreigners’ fault!” as the go-to excuse for everything).
