I could argue some instances where the left caught a break. But in either case we can take some pride in largely why this is an unlikely problem-We do have strong laws that prevent it happening easily. Even post FISA/Patriot act. We can celebrate the fact it’s not easy for McCarthy to happen again.

Now if we can just get the FBI on board, as what ridiculous notions we see them training on for Muslims might also be (with differing details) what’s being said about TP activists at FBI. Or environmental activists. Or just Green party members.
