“Sources familiar with the case say that in the last several days, Elway, who goes by the nickname “Jack,” allegedly pushed a 23-year-old woman out of a moving car near the intersection of Colfax Avenue and Lipan Street.

“It’s unclear the extent of the woman’s injuries but one source familiar with the case told CBS4 the woman had no visible injuries.

“Court records show the incident took place Friday.”

Pushed out of a moving car? Sounds more like attempted murder to me.
