It’s a bit stingy to resist the comparison until we have a literal Hitler Reborn. I get why overuse has soured folks, especially when various RWers accuse Obama of atrocities equal to that of the Holocaust every. single. day.
But we have a compelling case here. But yeah, in the real world, Putin is more Hitleresque than Trump, who he’d be able to manipulate like Mussolini.

The latter point is totally overlooked in the discussion: Trump is truly clueless in dealing with foreign policy and foreign leaders. Putin would eat him for breakfast.
