To me, disrespecting the troops is telling people they shouldn’t be able to kneel. Maybe I have no place as a non-veteran to say that but it really upsets me that even many veterans don’t get this. Y’all fought against tyrannical regimes. Those regimes you fought had the mindset that Trump does on dissidents. I mean I get it if it personally bothers you but at the same time, a lot of things personally bother me but at the same time, I concede a lot of them are legal. In the end, we have a President who was more bothered by kneeling for the national anthem than white supremacist terrorist acts.
